SAFETY HARBOR, October 21, 2024 – Suncoast NPI, Tampa Bay’s leading professional networking and business referral organization, is proud to announce its fundraising partnership with Fostering Hearts FL, a nonprofit dedicated to providing foster children with the educational tools, life skills, and emotional support they need to thrive.
Founded by Katy Rey in 2022, Fostering Hearts FL focuses on addressing the unique challenges foster children face, including low high school graduation rates, limited access to resources, and instability within the foster care system. Through initiatives like virtual education support, mentorship, and tailored skill-building programs, the organization is creating brighter futures for foster children in Tampa Bay and beyond.

- Life Skills Training: Equipping children aging out of the foster system with skills like financial literacy and job readiness to prepare for independence.
- Community Collaborations: Partnering with organizations such as Joshua House to create safe and nurturing spaces for foster children to heal and grow.
