Here’s what your $275 sponsorship includes.
This is not a logo-on-a-flyer-and-good-luck sponsorship. We want our six sponsors to be seen, recognized, and part of the night. Your business helps make Fall After Dark possible, and we want people to know who stepped up to support it.
You will have your own space at Fall After Dark to represent your business, talk with attendees, and be part of the room.
Sponsors get an opportunity to speak to attendees so the room knows who you are, what you do, and why your business is there.
Your business will be featured on the After Dark event website with a direct link to your site, plus recognition through Suncoast NPI social media.
Your sponsorship includes admission for two people to Fall After Dark.
You are not sponsoring from the sidelines. You are there, connecting with members, guests, and professionals throughout the night.
Your business will be showcased on the After Dark page with a direct link sending visitors to your website.
We will recognize your business through Suncoast NPI social media as one of the companies helping make Fall After Dark happen.
Sponsors receive the post-event guest list to help you remember the people you met and continue the relationships after the night ends.

Finn’s Fighters
Finn’s Fighters is committed to increasing awareness of pediatric cancer and supporting families with a pediatric cancer diagnosis in the Tampa Bay area.
Our Treasure Chest will benefit Finn’s Fighters, giving members, guests, and sponsors a way to turn a night of connection into meaningful support for families right here in Tampa Bay.
Treasure Chest brings some extra energy to the night, but underneath the fun is something much more important: it gives the entire room a chance to rally around Finn’s Fighters together.

Sponsorship helps make After Dark possible. It helps us bring people together, create an experience worth showing up for, and build momentum around the nonprofit at the heart of the night. That is a much bigger role than simply putting a logo on an event.
After Dark gives us the chance to do both in the same room: spend meaningful time with good people and use the strength of this community to support people who need others to show up. That is the kind of night we want to keep building.

Where is the event?
The final Tampa Bay location is still being finalized. Sponsors will receive the venue details as soon as they are confirmed.
Does my sponsorship include event admission?
Yes. Your sponsorship includes two event tickets so you and a guest can be part of the night.
Will my business be featured before the event?
Yes. Sponsors receive a feature on the After Dark page with a link to their website, along with recognition through Suncoast NPI social media.
Will I have a space at the event?
Yes. Each sponsor receives a sponsorship table so your business has a real presence in the room.
Do sponsors get to speak?
Yes. Sponsors will have time to speak in front of attendees and introduce their business to the room.
What do you need from me after I sponsor?
We’ll need your logo, business name, website, social links, and a short business description so we can properly feature you. Full upload instructions will be sent after registration.
Which nonprofit is Fall After Dark supporting?
The Fall After Dark Treasure Chest will benefit Finn’s Fighters, the Carrollwood chapter’s nonprofit supporting Tampa Bay families facing pediatric cancer.
